EAS Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026

Summary. Easy Accounting Solutions (EAS) is an offline app. It has no user accounts, it does not send your business data anywhere, and Easy Tech Solutions collects no personal information about you through it. Your records stay in a database on your own device.

Scope

This policy covers the Easy Accounting Solutions application for Android, iOS, and desktop (macOS, Windows, Linux), published by Easy Tech Solutions ("we", "us"). The etsproducts.in website has its own separate policy.

At a glance

  • Data collected: none.
  • Data shared with third parties: none.
  • Account required: no.
  • Advertising or tracking identifiers: none.
  • Analytics or crash-reporting SDKs: none.

What the app stores on your device

As you use EAS you create business records — companies, invoices, bills and purchases, expenses, receipts and payments, customers and suppliers, inventory items, journal vouchers, GST details, and preferences. All of it is written to a local database file on the device you are using. You also set a company password, used only to open that local database and stored only on your device.

We do not receive, see, or store any of this. There is no server.

Information we collect

None. EAS does not create an account or profile, does not transmit your business data to us or anyone else, contains no third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting components, does not read advertising identifiers, and does not track you across apps or websites.

Network access

The current version of EAS makes no network requests to move your business data. If a future version introduces an optional online feature (for example cloud backup or multi-device sync), it will be off by default, clearly described in the app, and this policy will be updated before that version ships.

Device permissions

EAS asks only for what it needs to work with files you choose:

  • Files / storage access — to save and open encrypted backup files, import CSV files you select, and export or print invoice and report PDFs.

EAS does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photo library, calendar, call logs, or messages.

Backups

You can export an encrypted backup of a company's data. Backup files are encrypted with a key derived from that company's password (AES-256-GCM, with PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA-256 key derivation), are saved to a location on your device or wherever you copy them, and are never uploaded to us. We cannot recover a lost company password and cannot decrypt a backup for you. Keep your password and your backup files safe.

Deleting your data

Because there is no account and we hold nothing, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. To remove EAS data from a device:

  • delete individual companies inside the app, or reset the app, to clear data while keeping EAS installed; and/or
  • uninstall the app, which removes its local database; and
  • delete any backup files you exported or shared.

Children

EAS is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children. Do not use it if you are below the minimum age for app downloads in your country or the minimum age set by the app store.

Platform providers

When you download or run EAS, Apple or Google may independently collect limited technical and diagnostic information under their own privacy policies — for example crash diagnostics you opt into at the operating-system level, or aggregate download statistics. That processing is controlled by them, not by us, and the information is not shared with us in a form that identifies you.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date above and post the new version at this address. Changes that affect how the app behaves will also appear in the app's release notes.
