EAS Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Easy Accounting Solutions application ("EAS", "the app") published by Easy Tech Solutions ("we", "us"). By installing or using EAS you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Use of the etsproducts.in website is covered separately by the website terms.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use EAS on devices you own or control, for your own business or personal bookkeeping.
You may not
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
- remove or alter any proprietary notices;
- use the app to break the law.
Your records are your responsibility
EAS is a tool for recording and organising accounting information. It is not accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter; for any returns, filings, or reports (including GST) you prepare with the app's help; for keeping your own backups; and for complying with the laws that apply to your business. Consult a qualified accountant or tax professional before relying on figures produced by the app.
Backups and data loss
All data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app, device loss or failure, operating-system changes, or file corruption can cause permanent loss of data. Export backups regularly and store them safely. We cannot recover lost data or a lost company password.
Price
EAS is currently provided free of charge. If paid features or a paid version are introduced, the price and terms will be shown before purchase, and payment, billing, and refunds will be handled by the app store (Apple or Google) under its own rules, not by us.
Updates
We may release updates that add, change, or remove features, or that are needed for security or platform compatibility. Some updates may be required for the app to keep working.
Warranty disclaimer
EAS is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Tech Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use EAS — including any financial, tax, or regulatory consequences of relying on the app.
Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may end it at any time by ceasing to use EAS and deleting it. Provisions that by their nature should survive — disclaimers, liability limits, governing law — survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
Apple App Store — additional terms
If you download EAS from the Apple App Store, the following also apply and, where they conflict with the rest of these terms, prevail for the App Store version:
- These terms are between you and Easy Tech Solutions only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for EAS or its content.
- Your licence to use EAS is limited to a non-transferable licence to use it on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for EAS. Support requests go to support@etsproducts.in.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for EAS. Any failure to conform to a warranty is our responsibility, not Apple's.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to EAS, including product-liability, legal/regulatory-compliance, and consumer-protection claims.
- If a third party claims EAS infringes their intellectual property, Easy Tech Solutions, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and resolving that claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-parties list.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
