EIS Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026

Summary. Easy Image Solutions (EIS) is an offline app. It has no user accounts, makes no network calls, and Easy Tech Solutions collects no personal information about you through it. Every image you open is processed on your own device, and your original files are never changed.

Scope

This policy covers the Easy Image Solutions application for Android, iOS, and desktop (macOS, Windows, Linux), published by Easy Tech Solutions ("we", "us"). The etsproducts.in website has its own separate policy.

At a glance

  • Data collected: none.
  • Data shared with third parties: none.
  • Account required: no.
  • Advertising or tracking identifiers: none.
  • Analytics or crash-reporting SDKs: none.
  • Network calls: none.

How the app handles your images

EIS bundles everyday image tools — crop, resize, compress, convert between formats, merge, generate QR codes, adjust colour, generate favicons and app icons, view and strip EXIF metadata, and watermark. When you pick an image, it is read from your device, processed entirely on that device, and written to a new file only where you choose to save it (a folder you pick on desktop, or your photo library on mobile).

The app never overwrites the file you started from — every tool produces a new file. Nothing is uploaded. There is no server.

Information we collect

None. EIS does not create an account or profile, does not transmit your images or any other data to us or anyone else, contains no third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting components, does not read advertising identifiers, and does not track you across apps or websites.

Network access

The current version of EIS makes no network requests. It does not request the internet permission on Android. If a future version ever introduces an optional online feature, it will be off by default, clearly described in the app, and this policy will be updated before that version ships.

Device permissions

Depending on your platform and OS version, EIS may ask for:

  • Photos / media access — so you can pick an image to edit and save the result back to your photo library.
  • Files / storage access — so you can open an image you select and save the output to a folder you choose.

EIS does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar, call logs, or messages.

Metadata (EXIF)

The EXIF viewer reads metadata that is already embedded in an image you open (for example camera model, or GPS coordinates if the photo has them) and shows it to you on your device. This information is not sent anywhere. The "remove metadata" action writes a new copy with EXIF and colour-profile data stripped.

Deleting your data

Because there is no account and we hold nothing, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. To remove EIS from a device, uninstall the app. Any images you saved with it are ordinary files in your photo library or folders and can be deleted like any other file.

Children

EIS is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children. Do not use it if you are below the minimum age for app downloads in your country or the minimum age set by the app store.

Platform providers

When you download or run EIS, Apple or Google may independently collect limited technical and diagnostic information under their own privacy policies — for example crash diagnostics you opt into at the operating-system level, or aggregate download statistics. That processing is controlled by them, not by us, and the information is not shared with us in a form that identifies you.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date above and post the new version at this address. Changes that affect how the app behaves will also appear in the app's release notes.
