EIS Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Easy Image Solutions application ("EIS", "the app") published by Easy Tech Solutions ("we", "us"). By installing or using EIS you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Use of the etsproducts.in website is covered separately by the website terms.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use EIS on devices you own or control, for your own personal or business image-editing tasks.
You may not
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
- remove or alter any proprietary notices;
- use the app to break the law, or to process images you do not have the right to use.
Your files are your responsibility
EIS edits images you provide and writes new files. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of originals, for having the rights to the images you edit, and for checking that an exported file is correct before you rely on it or share it. Image processing can be lossy (for example when compressing or converting formats); the app does not guarantee that any conversion is visually or bit-for-bit identical to the source.
Data loss
All processing happens locally on your device and the app keeps no backup of your work. Uninstalling the app, device loss or failure, or file corruption can cause permanent loss of files you have not copied elsewhere. EIS never overwrites your source file, but it cannot protect files it did not create.
Price
EIS is provided free of charge and is ad-free. If paid features are ever introduced, the price and terms will be shown before purchase, and payment, billing, and refunds will be handled by the app store (Apple or Google) under its own rules, not by us.
Updates
We may release updates that add, change, or remove features, or that are needed for security or platform compatibility. Some updates may be required for the app to keep working.
Warranty disclaimer
EIS is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Tech Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, files, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use EIS.
Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may end it at any time by ceasing to use EIS and deleting it. Provisions that by their nature should survive — disclaimers, liability limits, governing law — survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
Apple App Store — additional terms
If you download EIS from the Apple App Store, the following also apply and, where they conflict with the rest of these terms, prevail for the App Store version:
- These terms are between you and Easy Tech Solutions only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for EIS or its content.
- Your licence to use EIS is limited to a non-transferable licence to use it on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for EIS. Support requests go to support@etsproducts.in.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for EIS. Any failure to conform to a warranty is our responsibility, not Apple's.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to EIS, including product-liability, legal/regulatory-compliance, and consumer-protection claims.
- If a third party claims EIS infringes their intellectual property, Easy Tech Solutions, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and resolving that claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-parties list.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
