EPS Privacy Policy

Summary. Easy PDF Solutions (EPS) is an offline app. It has no user accounts, makes no network calls, and Easy Tech Solutions collects no personal information about you through it. Every PDF you open is processed on your own device, and your original files are never changed.
Scope
This policy covers the Easy PDF Solutions application for Android, iOS, and desktop (macOS, Windows, Linux), published by Easy Tech Solutions ("we", "us"). The etsproducts.in website has its own separate policy.

How the app handles your PDFs
EPS bundles everyday PDF tools — merge, split, convert to/from images, compress, reorder/rotate/delete pages, watermark, add page numbers, and remove a password from a PDF you already have the password for. When you pick a file, it is read from your device, processed entirely on that device, and written to a new file only where you choose to save it (a folder you pick on desktop, or your files/photo library on mobile).
The app never overwrites the file you started from — every tool produces a new file. Nothing is uploaded. There is no server.
Passwords you enter in the app
The Remove Password tool asks you to type the password for a PDF you already have the password for, so the app can open it and save an unlocked copy. That password is used only in memory, on your device, for that single operation — it is never stored by the app, never written to disk, and never transmitted anywhere.
Information we collect
None. EPS does not create an account or profile, does not transmit your documents, passwords, or any other data to us or anyone else, contains no third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting components, does not read advertising identifiers, and does not track you across apps or websites.
Network access
The current version of EPS makes no network requests. It does not request the internet permission on Android. If a future version ever introduces an optional online feature, it will be off by default, clearly described in the app, and this policy will be updated before that version ships.
Device permissions
Depending on your platform and OS version, EPS may ask for:
- Files / storage access — so you can open a PDF or image you select and save the output to a folder you choose.
- Photos / media access — so you can pick an image to convert to PDF, and save an exported page image back to your photo library.
EPS does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar, call logs, or messages.
Deleting your data
Because there is no account and we hold nothing, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. To remove EPS from a device, uninstall the app. Any files you saved with it are ordinary files in your storage or photo library and can be deleted like any other file.
Children
EPS is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children. Do not use it if you are below the minimum age for app downloads in your country or the minimum age set by the app store.
Platform providers
When you download or run EPS, Apple or Google may independently collect limited technical and diagnostic information under their own privacy policies — for example crash diagnostics you opt into at the operating-system level, or aggregate download statistics. That processing is controlled by them, not by us, and the information is not shared with us in a form that identifies you.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date above and post the new version at this address. Changes that affect how the app behaves will also appear in the app's release notes.
