EPS Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Easy PDF Solutions application ("EPS", "the app") published by Easy Tech Solutions ("we", "us"). By installing or using EPS you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Use of the etsproducts.in website is covered separately by the website terms.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use EPS on devices you own or control, for your own personal or business PDF-editing tasks.
You may not
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
- remove or alter any proprietary notices;
- use the app to break the law, or to process documents you do not have the right to use, including removing password protection from a document you are not authorised to unlock.
Your files are your responsibility
EPS edits documents you provide and writes new files. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of originals, for having the rights to the documents you edit (and, for Remove Password, for having the password yourself and the right to remove it), and for checking that an exported file is correct before you rely on it or share it. Document processing can be lossy (for example when compressing or converting formats); the app does not guarantee that any conversion is visually or bit-for-bit identical to the source.
Data loss
All processing happens locally on your device and the app keeps no backup of your work. Uninstalling the app, device loss or failure, or file corruption can cause permanent loss of files you have not copied elsewhere. EPS never overwrites your source file, but it cannot protect files it did not create.
Price
EPS is provided free of charge and is ad-free. If paid features are ever introduced, the price and terms will be shown before purchase, and payment, billing, and refunds will be handled by the app store (Apple or Google) under its own rules, not by us.
Updates
We may release updates that add, change, or remove features, or that are needed for security or platform compatibility. Some updates may be required for the app to keep working.
Warranty disclaimer
EPS is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Tech Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, files, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use EPS.
Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may end it at any time by ceasing to use EPS and deleting it. Provisions that by their nature should survive — disclaimers, liability limits, governing law — survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
Apple App Store — additional terms
If you download EPS from the Apple App Store, the following also apply and, where they conflict with the rest of these terms, prevail for the App Store version:
- These terms are between you and Easy Tech Solutions only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for EPS or its content.
- Your licence to use EPS is limited to a non-transferable licence to use it on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for EPS. Support requests go to support@etsproducts.in.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for EPS. Any failure to conform to a warranty is our responsibility, not Apple's.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to EPS, including product-liability, legal/regulatory-compliance, and consumer-protection claims.
- If a third party claims EPS infringes their intellectual property, Easy Tech Solutions, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and resolving that claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-parties list.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
